It may even be able to facilitate exercises that helps to tone and flatten belly areas. The resistance bands play a role in some of these workouts, but probably not in some others. The BOSU 3D System with Bosu Home Trainer will likely require some assembly but will not require batteries. People who use it will not be able to do so discreetly, nor is the equipment small enough to be considered truly portable.
