The Belly Buster Fruit Shake

Ingredients:
Half a cup of ice
6 ounces of soy milk
1 and ¾ scoops of soy protein powder
5 ounces of strawberries
5 ounce of blueberries
6 teaspoons of peach yogurt


Directions: The Belly Buster Fruit Shake was designed specifically to give our flatten belly diet some flavor, and it did just that. However, as a side benefit, some of our friends, and even our kids, ask for it too. If you want to give it a try, it’s easy enough to make. To make up this tasty shake, the blueberries, and strawberries go into the blender, along with the protein powder, soy milk, yogurt, and ice. Switch it on, and let the blades make it smooth as silk. If you want a thicker shake, cut it off early, but if you like your shake thinner, let the blender run longer. Once that’s done, just pour the contents of the blender into your glass and you’ll see why this shake is so very popular in our house.
