Renegade Dumbbell Rows

It is not quite clear to us why Renegade Dumbbell Rows are called what they are, particularly the renegade part. However, we do know that some people claim that regularly performing Renegade Dumbbell Rows is a great way to flatten belly regions, because it strengthens and tones the abdominal muscles. As their name suggests, Renegade Dumbbell Rows require access to weighted dumbbells of the individuals’ desired size and weight.

Renegade Dumbbell Rows begin with the individual in a pushup like position. However, the individual also holds the two dumbbells in his or her hands. Then, with one arm stretched out straight to the floor in order to hold the body up, the other arm lifts at the shoulder, just until the point at which the elbow is at a 90 degree angle and the upper arm is parallel to the torso. The individual repeats this motion a set number of times and then switches arms. Though they might seem to be focused more on the arms than anything else, Renegade Dumbbell Rows do require use of the abdominal muscles, especially in terms of keeping the body stable during the exercise. In this way, Renegade Dumbbell Rows may help some folks tone and flatten their belly muscles.
